Trying to learn how to handle people, this is the tried and true book on it. I first heard about this book in the last 30 seconds of the first Survivor series where Richard Hatch won the show.  I would recommend it to anyone, especially US computer nerds who are off the deep end where it comes to human contact. I know how it is I think and hope this book has toned me down a bit.
